Your wedding is like a rollercoaster with great hair and nice shoes. It shouldn't feel like a photoshoot where you have to work hard. And that's exactly why I photograph the real stuff: nerves, fun, relief, pride, tender moments, and loud ones. Everything gets to be there. Everything counts.
Nobody ever ends their day thinking, “Gee, I really wish we had posed more.”

That completely depends on what your day looks like. My rule of thumb is simple: enough time to tell the whole story of your day. From the first butterflies while getting dressed, through the ceremony and all the hugs and tears afterward, to the party where everyone lets loose on the dance floor. I'm happy to help you figure out the timeline so we book enough time not to miss a single moment of your story.

Definitely! I work worldwide and love shooting in new, unfamiliar locations! We'll go over the plans, the location, and your wishes beforehand so I can put together a custom quote for you.
For weddings outside of the Netherlands or Belgium, I charge an overseas fee of €500.

Don't worry about that at all! I've been through this many times before, and it always works out. I keep a close eye on the weather beforehand and actively help you think of a plan B—whether that's a gorgeous indoor location or getting creative with umbrellas. In fact, some of my absolute favorite photos were taken during a spontaneous downpour!

You don't need to worry about this either. I work with a network of photographers I know and trust, who share my style and way of working. If I ever fall ill and can't make it, I'll make sure there's a reliable backup so your day is captured just the way you expect, no matter what.

It's totally normal to feel a bit awkward in front of the camera. Spoiler alert: most people do!
To help you feel comfortable in front of my camera before your wedding day (and vice versa 😉), we can do an engagement shoot. Think of it as a relaxed photo session ahead of your big day.
This way, everything already feels totally natural on the big day, and you'll also have amazing photos for things like a save-the-date or your wedding website.

For larger weddings with over 100 guests or multiple locations, it's a smart idea to hire a second shooter.
The same goes if your day takes place across multiple locations, or if the bride and groom are getting ready in different spots.
My second shooter can hang out with the groom while I'm with the bride, so we don't miss a thing from either of your morning preparations.
